Shipping policy

 

FREE SHIPPING | SPAIN orders over 40€ | EUROPEAN UNION orders over 99€

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 working days). If any items that you selected is not available, we will let you know by e-mail or phone.

As soon as you placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by e-mail showing all important information for your order.

Please, double check the address you supply to ensure it is correct as we will not be responsible for orders shipped out to incorrect addresses

Tracking info will be included in your dispatch email.

Shipping may require a signature upon delivery and additional custom and import fees may apply won’t be paid for Octàgon Design.

SPAIN customers
For stock items please allow 3-5 working days. We ship either via CORREOS, CORREOS EXPRESS or UPS depending on order value and volume.

EU customers
For stock items please allow 6-15 working days for delivery. We ship non domestic orders via Correos, dhl or UPS depending on order value and volume.

INTERNATIONAL  customers 
Orders destined outside the EU. For stock items please allow 10 - 20 working days for delivery. Although, sometimes, even more than a month. We ship via Correos, dhl, or UPS depending on order value and volume.

• Up to 1.00 Kg: 4.00€

• From 1.00 Kg: 6.00€

EU

• Up to 0,50 Kg: 8.00€

• 0.50 to 1.00 Kg: 10.00€

• from 1.00 kg.: 15.00€

REST OF THE WORLD

• Up to 2.00 kg: 18.00€

• 2.00 to 5.00 kg: 50.00€
